| Duties | Answering the telephone, directing calls to appropriate staff members & using all features on our phones ie:voicemail transfer. | |||

| Dates and Times | Tuesday: Afternoon (2:00 - 5 pm) Wednesday: Afternoon (1:30 - 5 pm) Thursday: Afternoon (1:30 - 5 pm) Friday: Morning, Afternoon Saturday: Morning, Afternoon Sunday: Morning, Afternoon Times can be negotiated based on the volunteer's personal schedule. | |||

| Skills/Experience | Pleasant and polite on the telephone, ability to learn or have prior knowledge of Norstar phone system. | |||
| Additional Requirements | 2 step TB test (we will provide free of charge) Flu shot in the Fall (we will provide free of charge) | |||
| Screening Methods | Safe Steps screening process. Interview, application, orientation, evaluations yearly or as needed. | |||
