| Description (Service) | I am an Applied Mindfulness Meditation Specialist through the University of Toronto, Faculty of Social Work and an Educational Kinesiologist/Developmental Specialist through the certification as a Brain Gym Instructor. I Educate individuals to become their own healer by taking control of their emotional, mental and physical well-being. Transforming what is causing dis-ease.
