Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Contact North Wallaceburg's Learning Centre is a state-of-the-art facility with high speed internet access. Our facility partners with many local agencies, organizations and initiatives to help Chatham-Kent, Sarnia Lambton, and Walpole Island residents access Ontario's publicly funded education, and further act as a resource to refer residents to the appropriate institution/organization to suit their needs.  
 
With over 18,000 online courses and 1,000 online programs available there is a lot of research to do to find the right ones for you. Let us help by researching with you in mind to take the weight off of your shoulders and support you as a learner.

Fees None ; Free personalized support and consultation services. Centre open for academic use by learners at no cost. Exam invigilation for publicly funded institutions is free. Program fees or tuition paid directly to the institution you are applying to.  
 
Recruitment Officer available to meet learners at public locations outside of Wallaceburg if you are unable to make it into the centre to explore study options or register for a course.

Description (Agency) Established in 1986 as a government-funded, nonprofit organization, Contact North has over 112 centres strategically stationed in small, rural, francophone and aboriginal communities to help learners access Ontario's publicly funded education (22 public universities, 24 public colleges, 250+ basic skills, literacy, and training institutions).
Established Established as an organization in 1986. Wallaceburg Facility has been operable since 2008.
