Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Offers a safe, comfortable, non-judgemental environment to discuss concerns, clarify what may be helpful, and strengthen clients' ability to make desired changes. Work with individuals, couples and families. 
 
Counselling services can help with a variety of issues, such as: depression and anxiety * stress management * anger management * interpersonal difficulties * grief and loss * experiences of trauma and abuse * separation and divorce * family stressors * relationship difficulties * parenting challenges * work-related stress  
 
Counselling for male survivors of childhood sexual abuse: also provides community referrals, and education and awareness.
Hours Mon, Fri 9 am-5 pm* Tue-Thur 9 am-9 pm

Application Self-referral. Call for intake.
Languages English ; French
Fees Service - $15-$100/hr ; Sliding scale fee structure. No one is turned away from counselling services due to an inability to pay.
