| Description (Service) | Meals on Wheels Chatham-Kent is a not for profit organization dedicated to supporting health, well-being and independence. Our service is available for temporary or long-term meal assistance. Meals on Wheels clients include seniors, individuals recovering from illness or surgery, and people with disabilities. No referral necessary. All meals are prepared in Chatham at St. Andrew's Residence and delivered directly to clients. *Meals include, a main meal, soup, a roll and dessert * Meals are delivered on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. Volunteer opportunities available, call for information. |
