Meals on Wheels Chatham-Kent promotes health and independence by providing balanced, nutritious and appealing meals to people in need of this services, to build a stronger, caring community. Clients include seniors, people recovering from illness or surgery, and people with disabilities.
Meals on Wheels Chatham-Kent is a collaborative effort amongst current Meals on Wheels initiatives throughout our Municipality including Blenheim, Chatham, Dresden and Ridgetown. The focus of this partnership is to create ease of access for new and current Meals on Wheels clients across Chatham-Kent. This will be accomplished through the implementation of one phone number for all Meals on Wheels programs involved as well as the development of best practices and standardization of products throughout the Municipality. |
