Description (Service) The Society and town flower emblem is the petunia. The Society is affiliated with the Ontario Horticultural Association which is divided into nineteen districts, ours is Southwestern District 11 which consists of counties Essex, Kent and Lambton with fifteen societies.  
 
Committees: Public Planting Projects; Public School Projects; Membership receive horticultural discounts at many area garden related businesses. All members are invited to attend Society meetings and to participate in Society public planting projects.

Dates January - November
Meetings General meetings are held at the 07 Erie St North United Church. Call for information regarding meetings and/or programs. For information on the society events, please read the "Coming Events Column" in the local Ridgetown Independent Newspaper
