Entegrus Services provides the electricity usage billing and collecting for all residential and business customers of Entegrus Powerlines Inc., the Chatham-Kent PUC, Strathroy-Caradoc Water & Newbury Water.
Entegrus Services also provides regular cycle meter reading, readings for final billing, call centre support for billing and account inquiries and a 24/7 automated service to access account balance and payment history on behalf of Entegrus Powerlines Inc.
Time of Use
Residential and small general service customers were completely set up on Time of Use billing between September 2010 and June 2011.
Entegrus Services Inc. provides the water usage billing and collecting for all residential and business customers of the Public Utilities Commission (PUC), Strathroy Caradoc Water & Newbury Water.
Entegrus Services Inc. also provides on their behalf cycle meter reading, readings for final billing, call centre support for billing and account inquiries and a 24/7 automated service to access account balance and payment history.

To proceed with connecting to a curb box (valve at the property line of an existing service), please follow the steps below:
1.Obtain a Water Permit from Entegrus Services Inc. office at 320 Queen St. Chatham
2.Install Water Service from the PUC, please call 519-436-0119
3.Request a Trench Inspection
5.Install Back Flow Preventers
6.Connect to Curb Stop/Turn Water On
7.Call for “Touch Pad” Appointment
