| Description (Service) | Provide housing support services to help prevent homelessness and provide assistance to those in need of adequate, affordable, permanent housing. Assists clients with: homelessness * eviction notices * landlord/tenant mediation * landlord registry * rental listings * information on tenant rights * advocacy * transportation to emergency shelters * utility assistance |

| Application | Intake applications needed for most services which will be completed in office.
