Description (Service) COVID-19 - The office is currently closed for in-person meetings, however, all services are still being provided by phone and mail. 
Provides legal representation, advice and information on housing, criminal injuries compensation, human rights, income support (EI, OW, ODSP, CPP, OAS) and, employment law. Provides Aboriginal Outreach services, public legal education sessions, law reform and community organizing. Funded by Legal Aid Ontario, staffed by lawyers, paralegals, community legal workers and administrative staff.
Hours Mon-Thu 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm * Fri 8:30 am-12:30 pm
Areas Served Lambton County
Eligibility No restrictions on providing advice and information. Income and assets have to be below a certain amount for representation.
Application For representation will request information on income and assets.
