| Description (Service) | ACCESS Housing provides a wide range of support services for families and individuals of all ages. * providing one-on-one support services that are uniquely tailored to individual needs * ACCESS Housing can provide help ranging from homelessness to eviction prevention and utility shut-off assistance. Services include, but are not limited to: * Advocacy * Landlord-tenant mediation * Form completion assistance * Emergency housing support * Handling eviction notices * Information on tenants’ rights * Securing affordable housing |
