Description (Service)Mental health organization offering services and supports for people with a serious mental illness * promotes mental health through education, advocacy, research, and support services


Case Management - Intensive case management services to people with a serious mental illness

Community Mental Health Clinic - Prevention, stabilization, and treatment of mental disorders

Crisis Outreach and Short Term Services Safebed Program - Provides 3 crisis beds for both men and women

Short Term Crisis Intervention - Telephone and/or mobile assistance to people who are experiencing a mental health crisis

St Thomas - Elizabeth St - 24-hour crisis line

Transitional Case Management (Forensic) - Transitional Case Manager facilitates and supports the transition of inpatients of forensic units through creating and supporting community placements
