Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Walk-in and mobile assistance to people who are experiencing a mental health crisis

Community service referrals and crisis follow-ups are provided as well as overnight safe bed accommodations for short term stays (1-5 days) * see Safebed Program

Youth Homelessness Protocol - Participating agency for the Youth Homelessness Protocol, designed to assist youth ages 12-24 in Elgin County who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless in finding a safe place to stay and to receive the supports needed to find safe long-term housing
Hours Mobile Support: Daily 24 hours
Telephone Support: Daily 24 hours
Walk-In Support: Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm

Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up Adults and youth 16 years and older with a serious mental illness
Housing: Adults and youth 16 to 65 years living with a serious mental illness and able to live independently
