Description (Service)Mental health organization satellite office that offers services for people living with a serious mental illness * case management services * co-located with Social Rehabilitation Centre

Aylmer Community Centre for the Enrichment of Social Skills (ACCESS) - Psychosocial rehabilitation and therapeutic recreation activities for people living with a serious mental illness * focuses on promotion of healthy living, relapse prevention, skills development, community integration, and healthy relationships * services delivered in one-on-one and group settings

Intensive Case Management - Intensive case management services to people with a serious mental illness
