Description (Service) Hosted professionally facilitated and peer support groups

Family Psychoeducational Program - 8-week group for family and friends who are dealing with mental illness in someone who is close to them * some one-on-one support provided

Survivors of Suicide (SOS) - For persons grieving the death of a loved one to suicide * mutual support group * meets 7pm second Tuesday of the month * also 8-week professionally facilitated group offered twice a year

Support Groups - Lists of Professionally Facilitated Groups in London-Middlesex and Peer Support and Psychoeducational Groups at CMHA London-Middlesex * available online

Family Psychoeducational Program - Six week course for family, friends and informal caregivers of people who are dealing with a mental illness

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) - Mutual support group for people with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Survivors of Suicide (SOS) - Survivors of Suicide Loss - Professionally facilitated psycho-educational group for persons grieving the death of someone to suicide * 8-week sessions * session topics include: guilt, shame, anger, stigma, depression, denial and helplessness
