Description (Service) | Monthly workshops for people who want to quit smoking and are able to use nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) * workshops include a one-hour group presentation and an appointment with a Cessation Specialist who will provide 5 weeks of free NRT product and individualized advice/support Clients can be seen for follow-up appointments and additional NRT at the Health Unit's on-site Quit Clinic |
