Description (Service) Environmental health, infectious and vaccine preventable disease and emergency management services

Birth Control Clinic - Birth control, pregnancy testing, counselling, emergency contraception, Pap tests, free STI testing and treatment, and IUD insertion

Emergency Management - Organized plans to protect the health and safety of people in the case of a public hazard, or to limit damage to property or the environment

Food Safety and Healthy Environments - Provides services and information related to food safety and other environmental health hazards

Immunization Clinic (The) - London - Immunization clinic * vaccination against common vaccine preventable diseases

Infectious Disease - Prevention and control of infectious disease * inspects institutional food premises, including long-term care homes, retirement homes, hospitals and childcare centres * monitors and responds to outbreaks in institutions and community * conducts follow up with people with reportable illnesses * inspects personal service settings, including tattoo and piercing shops, nail salons and barber shops * education and consultation services to agencies, schools and the public

Needle Exchange Program - Reduces harm by providing a free and safe place for people to access clean supplies and dispose of used supplies * resources and counselling available
