Description (Service) Enforces the Smoke-Free Ontario Act and the Electronic Cigarette Act through inspections of enclosed workplaces, public places, schools and other places required to be smoke-free * conducts inspections of tobacco and electronic cigarette vendors to ensure compliance with youth access restrictions

Website includes legal information about the Smoke-Free Ontario Act and the Electronic Cigarette Act, the health consequences and burden of tobacco use, the benefits of quitting and information about programs and services available to help people overcome their tobacco addiction * includes regional and provincial stop-smoking campaigns and events
