Service/Program DescriptionPromotes healthy living, diabetes prevention and self management through nutrition education and physical activity to community members of all ages

Nutrition services are provided by a Registered Dietitian

Services include:
  • Clinical consultation
  • Nutrition counselling
  • Education, workshops and health promotion
  • Referrals and home visits
