DescriptionCommunity-based home visiting program in support of families with children

Aims to provide healthy growth and development in infants and children * access to a certified Early Childhood Educator 

Programming includes:
  • Parenting programs
  • Workshops
  • Car seat clinics
  • Referrals and assistance with monthly well baby clinics
