Description (Service) Community-based home visiting program in support of families with children

Aims to provide healthy growth and development in infants and children * access to a certified Early Childhood Educator 

Programming includes:
  • parenting programs
  • workshops
  • car seat clinics
  • referrals and assistance with monthly well baby clinics
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
