Description (Service)Community-based program, providing mental health programs and services

Services include:
  • One-on-one, family and group counselling
  • Holistic, culturally appropriate services with Western approaches
  • Counselling related to relationships, depression, stress management, self esteem, grief, crisis and trauma
  • Talking and sharing circles
  • Referrals as necessary
