Description (Service) Hospital and community-based program provides specialized (multisensory) assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and support services

Outreach and Consultation Team - Provides consultation, assessment and treatment support in multiple settings * settings include onsite ambulatory clinics, community settings, family and group homes, and telephone support
Hours Administration: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Visting Hours: Daily 1pm-8:30pm
