Description (Service) Advocacy assistance to those in need * help in dealing with government agencies (Canada Pension Plan, Employment Insurance, Ontario Disability and Support, Ontario Works, and Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) * aids in writing letters to creditors when necessary * advises on income tax issues, pardons and other issues
