Description (Service) Access centre to apply for LEAP (Low Income Energy Assistance Program) one-time emergency financial assistance * LEAP representative for Entegrus

Program runs throughout the year * one time grant is credited directly toward electricity bill * agency may be able to arrange a hold on a disconnection notice while a case is being reviewed * all decisions can be appealed
Hours Thrift Store: Mon-Sat 9:30am-5pm
Food Bank and OESP Application Assistance: Mon, Wed, Fri 10am-12noon, 1pm-3pm

Eligibility May be available to low-income customers of electricity distributors (and unit sub-metering providers) experiencing difficulty paying current arrears * eligibility determined by social service agency following review of documentation * decision will be based on several factors including long-term viability of the account
