Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Provides brief, intensive, community based interventions * assist children and youth to successfully transition through school by providing support and education to the children and youth and their family * educate children and youth peers regarding the challenges of Autism Spectrum Disorder and be able to provide peer-mentoring support within the school and community. 
Hours Office Hours Mon-Thu 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Fri 8:30 am-4 pm
Areas Served Elgin County ; Oxford County
Eligibility Ages: 8 year(s) - 18 year(s) 
Children and Youth 8-18 years with high functioning autism or asperger syndrome.
