Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Respite is intended to be a flexible, short-term break for the caregiver * it is a time for rest and renewal to maintain and promote resiliency of the caregiving family

The child has a diagnosis of Mental Health, Developmental or Autism and all other options and/or funding have been explored
Hours Office Hours: Mon-Thu 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Fri 8:30 am-4 pm

Eligibility Reside in Oxford County
Families or caregivers with children or youth who have a diagnosed functional loss or impairment (social, emotional, behavioural, developmental, physical) that limits ability on a day to day basis. Eligible up until the age of 18.
Application A Case Manager presents a respite application to the Oxford Respite Network Committee, on behalf of the family.
