Description (Service) Food Bank
Volunteer-run program providing canned and boxed goods * bread * Emergency Walk-in Food Bank * once every 6 weeks assistance * limited baby food, formula and diapers (when available) * food assistance can be accessed by appointment once every six weeks if required * Drop-in coffee, baked goods and bread.

Thrift Store
Sale of used clothing, furniture and household items * ensures they meet public health standards

Clothing Assistance
Supplies vouchers that can be exchanged for clothing at The Salvation Army Thrift Store * given three times a year unless otherwise discussed with Director

Furniture Assistance
Supplies vouchers that can be exchanged for household. Furniture and clothing items through The Salvation Army Thrift Store

Emergency Housing
Upon eligibility can provide single individuals with a motel voucher for a single night stay * will attempt to coordinate transport to a nearby shelter * provides families with access to an emergency house which accommodates up to 10 people for a maximum of 6 weeks stay * Woodstock Police are equipped with motel vouchers

Volunteer Program
Volunteer service and school Community Service Hours programs * drop off resume or complete The Salvation Army Volunteer Registration Form available from Salvation Army office

Wellness Program - Eyeglasses, Prescriptions and Transportation Assistance
Program offers either a grant depending on financial situations to the maximum of $200 * assists with the following: dental, prescriptions, eyeglasses, medical equipment, transportation to out of town medical appointments, identification replacement

Housing Advocacy
Assistance with documentation and advice on landlord tenant issues

Camps
Overall purpose is to serve the total personality and health needs of the camper; spiritual, educational, social, and recreational through a creative, healthful experience, in co-operative group living in outdoor settings * Holiday camps * Mum and Tots * Teens * Sleep Away camp for youth only * applications available through Woodstock branch, Tillsonburg branch, Norwich branch, Ingersoll branch
Hours Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9 am-12 noon, 1:30 pm-4 pm

Food Bank: Mon-Wed 9:45 am-12 noon, Thu 9:45 am-12 noon, 1:30 pm-4 pm * Drop-in coffee, baked goods and bread hours: Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm

Thrift Store & Donation Drop-off: Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm
