Description and Service Details
Description (Service) In-person meetings are currently limited but phone service is available *walk-ins will be available for those without a phone, but screening is mandatory. Primary health care for people in the area who experience barriers to accessing primary health care, provide education programs and support services: general wellness * seniors * persons with addictions * persons with mental health issues * low-income families * at-risk youth and isolated seniors * Seniors Dental Clinic offering free services to low-income seniors, provides a range of preventative care, such as cleanings, scaling's, x-rays, oral surgeries and restorative procedures such as fillings.

Education and Support Programs:
* support with chronic disease * smoking cessation * youth groups * emotional eating * diabetes group * stress management * self esteem * food budgeting * meal planning

Outreach Services: Assistance with form completion, information on community resources, and system navigation
Hours Mon-Tue 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Wed 8:30 am-8:30 pm (closed from 11:30 am-4:30 pm), Thu-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Seniors Dental Clinic : 65 and older without any dental care, individual income of less than $19,300 per year or $32,300 per year as a couple.
