Description (Service) |
Multi-disciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses provide primary health care to registered clients. Primary health care clients belong to the populations of seniors, farm families, families with young children, and First Nations people. Social workers, registered dietitians, physiotherapists, certified diabetes educators, occupational therapists, and respiratory therapists provide health care and education to the community. Health Promotion, Chronic Disease management and prevention, Falls Prevention, and Diabetes programs are available free to all community members. |
