Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Provides assistance to elderly, chronically ill and disabled community members to live at home. Programs and services that contribute to quality of life are offered throughout the year including congregate dining, quilting, crafts, outside walking and a geriatric day program that operates 3 days per week.
