Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Literacy and basic skills training in one-on-one or small class settings, that include instruction on numeracy, digital technology, communication and interpersonal skills  
* helps learners prepare for employment, apprenticeship, secondary-school credit, post-secondary education and greater independence

Eligibility Ages: 19 year(s) and up 
Ontario residents 19 years and older, who have literacy and basic skills assessed at intake as being less than the end of Level 3 of the International Adult Literacy and Skills Survey (IALSS) or the OALCF  
* proficient enough in speaking and listening to benefit fully from the language of LBS instruction (English)
