Description (Service) Fax Broadcasting Service 
An easy, inexpensive service that allows you to share news with over 600 non-profit, government and community agencies in Windsor and Essex County including: 
* Business associations & groups 
* Child care facilities 
* Health care (hospitals & medical clinics) 
* Long term care facilities (retirement & nursing homes, continuing care services) 
* Media (radio, newspaper, television, local magazines) 
* Places of Worship 
* Government services (federal departments & agencies, provincial ministries & agencies) and elected officials 
* Boards of education 
* Major non-profit organizations 
 
How To Request the Broadcast Fax Service

How the process works: 
* User attaches the (Completed Order Form) and the (Document(s) to be faxed, by e-mail to info@211southwestontario.ca 
* A 211 Support Analyst may contact the submitter to confirm details such as timing, file size, etc... within 3 business days should there be any concerns with the doucment(s) 
* The Customer will be billed by invoice through the City of Windsor's Accounts Receiveable department within 2 weeks 
* Orders can take approximately two weeks in processing depending on the volume of requests 
 
How to pay: * Once the invoice is received you can pay by: 
* Mailing a cheque (payable to The City of Windsor) to the address on the invoice (Which is the Preferred method of payment) 
* Going in to City Hall and paying cash at the Tax counter AFTER receiving the invoice. Invoice MUST accompany cash payments.  
* Credit Card Payment accepted in person only at the Tax Counter after receiving the invoice 
 
In order for the fax to transmit properly the recommended file size is 350 mb or under  
* Document must be in a 8 ½ x 11 inch format  
* File can be up to a maximum of four pages including cover page, and must be compiled into one continuous document/file  
* File types accepted are Word (.DOC and .DOCX), PDF, JPG or TIFF.
