| Description (Service) | * Free legal services provided by volunteer law students from the Faculty of Law, University of Windsor * available to those who qualify financially and jurisdictionally. Services include: * tenant matters * Highway Traffic and provincial offences * summary conviction criminal matters * student affairs * Small Claims Court (limited) * public legal education and law reform * family law (Ontario Court of Justice only) * affidavits and notarization available for a small fee * A legal resource guide is available to public. * CLA is a Student Legal Aid Services Society legal clinic . |
