Description (Service) Volunteer based telephone service  
* offers non-judgmental and non-directive emotional support, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and referrals to community resources  
* service is free, confidential, anonymous and available to all

Areas Served Essex County ; Windsor ; Windsor and Essex County are the primary areas served, but callers from anywhere can call in and speak to our volunteers!
