Description (Service) | Windsor Resettlement Assistance Program (WRAP): * Provides essential and immediate services to Government Assisted Refugees destined to Windsor. Client Support Services (CSS): * Provides intensive case management services to Government Assisted Refugees destined to Windsor Newcomer Settlement Program (NSP): If you are a Refugee Claimant, Convention Refugee, a Permanent Resident, a Canadian Citizen not born in Canada, an International Student, a Minister’s Permit Holder, or a person who received permission to remain in Canada for the purpose of becoming a permanent resident, NSP is designed to assists with settling and adjusting to life in Canada and Windsor-Essex County. NSP provides newcomers with orientation, information, and referral to services in the community. |
