Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Translation Services 
Get official documents, brochures, pamphlets, flyers and other materials and documents translated at service rate of $45.00 + HST per document (200 words and under). 
* Affidavits are provided with every document. 
 
Interpretation Services 
Provincially certified interpreters are available at a service rate of $45.00+ HST per hour (2 hours minimum & rates may vary) for various assignments such as: 
* Legal/Court proceedings 
* Immigration and Refugee Matters 
* Medical/Business Appointments 
* Driver’s Test 
*Translation and Interpretation Services are available in more than 50 different languages.  
* Subsidized Interpreter services might be available for service providers assisting victims of domestic violence, sexual assault or human trafficking. (Call for more information) 
 
Windsor Resettlement Assistance Program (RAP):  
* Provides essential and immediate services to Government Assisted Refugees destined to Windsor. 
 
Client Support Services (CSS): 
* Provides intensive case management services to Government Assisted Refugees destined to Windsor 
 
Employment & Training Services 
Assist Immigrants and Refugees with services including:  
* Resume writing clinic  
* Interview coaching  
* Job search strategies  
* Networking skills  
* Connecting with employers  
* Employment workshops 
 
Newcomer Settlement Program (NSP): 
If you are a Refugee Claimant, Convention Refugee, a Permanent Resident, a Canadian Citizen not born in Canada, an International Student, a Minister’s Permit Holder, or a person who received permission to remain in Canada for the purpose of becoming a permanent resident, NSP is designed to assists with settling and adjusting to life in Canada and Windsor-Essex County. NSP provides newcomers with orientation, information, and referral to services in the community.
