Description (Service) One of 12 provincial infant hearing programs: 
 
Services include; 
* universal infant hearing screening completed in hospital or community  
* high risk monitoring  
* audiology assessment and intervention  
* family support and counseling 
* communication development (ASL, auditory-verbal therapy,speech and language therapy)
Hours Administration Mon-Fri 9 am-4:30 pm * call for program times as they may vary

Eligibility Ages: 6 year(s) and under 
 
Infant hearing screening for all children 0-2 years of age  
* infants, toddlers and preschool children birth - 6 years identified with a permanent hearing loss  
* child must be assessed by an Infant Hearing Program audiologist before other services for children with permanent hearing loss can begin.
Application Referral accepted from any source * must have parental/legal guardian consent  
* Application required
Languages English ; French ; Interpretive Services - Translator upon request
