Description (Service) Community-based non-residential centre for young men and women  
* seeks alternatives to criminal behaviour The New Beginnings Non-Residential Attendance Centre offers a variety of program options to select from when making a referral for a youth. 
Program offers;  
Moral Reconition Therapy (MRT) 
Anger Management  
Healthy Relationships  
Domestic Violence 
Art Therapy 
Substance Abuse Counselling 
Pro-Social Skills 
Life Management Skills 
Job Readiness 
Literacy and Tutoring  
Specialized classrooms

* Youth offenders placed on probation with a condition to attend the Centre program 
* * A Probation Officer (Case Manager) must refer the youth to the program.
Application How to Access the Program 
* A Probation Officer (Case Manager) must refer the youth to the program.  
* The probation order may require attendance with a specific condition on the order naming the Attendance Centre, or, as a general condition of probation as it relates to counselling or any other program deemed suitable by the Probation Officer.
