Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Access centre to apply for Winter Warmth Fund 
* a one-time per year utility payment assistance program  
* grant is credited directly toward heating bill  
* offers workshops to educate consumers on how to conserve and better use energy within households  
* maximum assistance of $500.
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Dates Program begins Jan 1st each year
Areas Served Essex County ; Windsor
Eligibility May be available to low income individuals and families who are in arrears with Enbridge or Union Gas energy bills, who have recently received a disconnection notice, and whose personal circumstances make it difficult to pay the bills.
