Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Emergency assistance program: 
* provides funding for heat and energy for those experiencing financial difficulties and in receipt of a notice of termination of heating utilities 
* offers workshops to educate consumers on how to conserve and better use energy within households 
* assistance available one time per utility, per calendar year
