Description (Service) Off the CUFF 
* Support Group for Caregivers and Parents of Teens with Eating Disorders 
* For caregivers and parents who are struggling to help their teens battle Eating Disorders.  
* Program runs once weekly for 11 weeks. (must register in advance) 
* Teenager does not have to be a Teen Health client for parents or caregivers to register for this service.
