Description (Service) West Side Seniors centre  
* offers social, recreational, educational, volunteer and service opportunities through centrally-located accessible facilities 
Recreation options include; 
* Tai Chi classes 
* Zumba Gold 
* fitness 
* silversmithing 
* shuffleboard 
* tap dancing 
* line dancing 
* arts and crafts 
* luncheons 
* speakers 
* lectures  
* cafe offers hot lunches Mon-Fri for members and general public 
* Basic computer lessons, beginner and advanced Internet instruction  
* Internet access for members and general public  
* volunteer opportunities  
Outreach services include; 
* Referrals to community transportation services 
* foot care services available at various sites(call for time and locations) 
* Membership fee allows access to programs at both Centres  
* day passes are available for non-members  
* sponsoring the Centre Brick program - personalized bricks at entrance  
* income tax clinics in Apr of each year only
Hours Summer Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 am-4:30 pm (Jul 1-Sep 7, 2015)
Café: Mon-Fri, offers hot lunches for members and general public
