| Description (Service) | MCC Cultural Diversity and Cultural Competence Training Programs * Customized workshops and training in both Cultural Competence and Cultural Diversity in response to an increase in requests from local business, agencies, and organizations Specific training topics include but are not limited to: * The Diverse Community of Windsor & Essex County * Exploring Culture, Religion and Spirituality * Understanding Culture Shock * Building Diversity in the Workplace * Outreaching to a Diverse Community * Anti-Racism and Anti-Discrimination. * Raising public awareness and understanding on settlement and integration issues, anti-racism and cultural diversity training is also provided to increase community knowledge of the contributions immigrants bring to Canada. |
