Description and Service Details
Description (Service) The Regional Children’s Centre (RCC) is an accredited children’s mental health centre working in collaboration with children, youth, and their families who are experiencing mental health and/or developmental concerns. We offer a variety of programs and services that are flexible and designed to meet the individual needs of each child and family
Hours Program Hours: 
Monday – Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 
Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 
 
Walk-In Counselling Clinic - If you have an urgent need to see a Social Worker, our Walk In Clinic is available: 
Monday to Thursday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (last client check-in at 6:00 p.m.) 
Fridays 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (last client check-in at 2:30 p.m.)
Areas Served Chatham-Kent ; Essex County ; Residents of Windsor-Essex are eligible for the full range of services offered at RCC for children and youth up to 18 years of age. Some services are available to residents of Chatham-Kent County in conjunction with local children’s services.

If your child is at immediate risk due to expressing suicidal, homicidal, or psychotic thoughts, proceed to the applicable Emergency Department: 
 
Children and youth under the age of 16:
