| Description (Service) | Program of Cancer Care Ontario: * Dedicated High Risk Breast Screening Site * Breast cancer screening program for women 50-74 * Dedicated to reducing deaths from breast cancer through early detection * Provides two view digital mammography (breast x rays) * Letters of invitation, recall and results sent to the patient by Cancer Care Ontario * Breast Assessment Program to coordinate follow up tests for screen detected abnormalities and surgical consults if required. * Accredited by the Canadian Association of Radiologists (CAR) to maintain high quality assurance standards |

| Eligibility | Ages: 50 year(s) - 74 year(s) Women eligible for OBSP -- Ontario residents * No acute breast symptoms * No personal history of breast cancer * No current breast implants * No bilateral mammogram within the past 11 months. * High Risk Screening (annual screening with MRI and digital mammography) for women 30-69 years of age, must be referred by a primary care provider. |
