Description (Service) | Patient Representative's * To provide patients and families with an opportunity to express feeling about their experiences. This includes concerns, suggestions, complaints and compliments. * To provide a way that conflicts may be resolved in a manner that supports the patients, family members and staff members. * To improve the experience of our patients. * To collect quantitative and qualitative data on patient satisfaction which will be used to identify quality improvement projects. |
