Description (Service) | LINC -- Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) programs offers FREE beginner to advanced English classes to help newcomers learn the English language skills that are essential to their social, economic and cultural integration into Canadian Society * Part-time and full-time classes- Literacy and CLB Level 1 to 8: are offered at flexible times (call for details) * Reading & Writing classes are available: Mon-Fri, 9;30 am-11:30 am * Listening & Speaking classes are available Mon-Fri, 12 noon-2:30 pm * Regular evening classes are available 2 nights a week (Mon & Wed or Tue & Thu) 6:30 pm-9 pm * Free childcare is available for children 3 months to 6 years of age during the day and 2.5 to 12 years of age in the evening * Transportation assistance is available for eligible clients |
