Description (Service) | Agency staff assist adults with a disability and/or seniors to connect to services, address problems and conflicts, which include: 1] Coordinating intervention services for older adults dealing with neglect, bullying and abuse 2] Supporting for individuals who exhibit hoarding behaviours to avoid risk of eviction 3] Providing information, knowledge and support to empower seniors and people with disabilities to maintain their rights and choices |

We help people complete forms, applications & income taxes; deal with hoarding, bullying and financial issues; and find/maintain affordable rental housing. We help individuals, couples and families manage life, marriage and family challenges; deal with arising issues and resolve conflicts; address anxiety, depression, anger, loss, grief, as well as addiction, sexuality, mental health and wellness issues. |
