* Supportive Apartment Living Transition Program 
* Residential Treatment Program
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm 
 
Residence: 24 hr service

Eligibility Ages: 13 year(s) - 21 year(s) 
 
Female youth and Male youth 13-21 yrs with identified social, emotional and/or behavioural need.

Receive referral from Children's Aid Society, hospitals, public health workers, physicians, other health workers or organizations, educational institutions, social service agencies, judicial system, family and friends; Self referral
Languages English ; Interpretive Services - French intermittently
